Cut this before the box, from the same sheet. Each comb pair (A + B) is cut with the kerf on its label: use the value whose pair pushes together snugly without forcing. Then try the tab in each slot of the plate and set Slot clearance to the value engraved by the one the tab slides into with light friction.
